I was starting to get sick of my hair and decided to give it a little makeover- I cut and dyed it myself for only $8! (hey beats spending $80 which is what it usually is) I'm not too sure about the bangs....they are already annoying me! what so you think bad idea or no???
1. Where were you when you first found out that you were pregnant? In the doctors office

3. How did you find out that you were pregnant? I was having really bad cramping for almost a month so I went to the doctors and found out I was pregers
4. What was your first reaction to finding out you were pregnant? Very happy!
5. Who was the first person you told? Bryce
6. Did you plan to get pregnant? Didn't plan, didn't not plan, just happened
7. Did you tell everyone else right away? Just family
8. Was everybody happy for you? Yes-
9. Did you go out and celebrate? I don't really remember- I'm sure we did something
10. Did you want to find out the sex? Yes I couldn't wait!
11.What was the sex? Girl
12. Did anyone throw you a baby shower? My mom and sister, my mother in law, and friends
13. Did you get any outfits at the baby shower that you just knew you wouldn't puton your baby? Of course
14. How much weight did you gain? about 45 lbs
15. Did you lose all of the weight that you gained? Luckily yes it came off pretty easily
16. Did you get any stretch marks? unfortunely yes
17. What did you crave the most? pretty much everything but mostly diet coke and chips
18. Did you crave anything crazy? top ramen
19. Who or what got on your nerves? me being very emotional and crying alot oh and throwing up alot
20. Did you have any complications during your pregnancy? nope
21. Where and when did you go into labor? at home in bed
22. Did your water break? no my doctor had to break it
23. Who drove you to the hospital? Bryce
24. Who was in the room when you gave birth? Bryce, my doctor, and the nurse
25. Did you go early or late? early- almost two weeks
26. How long were you in labor for? from about 1 am to when i delivered at about 9:30 p.m. so almost 20 hrs
27. Did you have any drugs for the pain? of course!
28. Did you go natural or have a C-section? natural
29. What was your first reaction after giving birth? I was so happy and excited!
30. How big was the baby? 6 lbs 12 oz and 19 1/2 inches
31. Did your husband cry? there were a few tears
32. What did you name the baby? Brooklynn Ella Allfrey
33. Does his name have any significant meaning? no we just liked the name
34. Did you have any visitors? yes- family
35.Did the baby have any complications? nope it was smooth sailing

38. If you could, would you do it all over again? of course i would! and I will!
This year was the best Valentines Days I have ever had! We didn't have any big plans or anything it was just a nice quiet evening at home. (Sometimes those are the best nights!) Bryce and I decided to just stay home instead of trying fight the crazy lines at the resturants. While Bryce went to support his young mens basketball game I made us a nice dinner and we just sat and enjoyed each other the whole night! It was so nice to be able to spend a night together, forget about all the stresses of life and reconnect with eachother! (I don't know why we need a special day for this- it should be everyday- but it was a nice reminder to do it more often) He surprised me with yummy sugar cookies, a new stock of diet coke, my favorite roses, a yummy box of chocolates, and some teeth whitening trays (I've been wanting to do them for a while now and he completely read my mind!) He is the most perfect husband anyone could ever ask for!! He always knows what to do or say to make me feel like I'm the most amazing wife ever (even though I am so far from it!). I love him with all my heart and I am so grateful for him and all his sacrifices and hard work he does for our family. He is truly the man of my dreams and I just want to let him know how much I really do love him!!
I just thought I would post a few cute pics of Brooklynn just cause she is so cute and such a happy little girl! She has been growing up so fast and has become such a girly girl. She has been loving to play in our bedroom lately, going through my drawers and putting on my deodorant, brushing her hair, stealing m blush brush and my chapstick (aka "mips" is what she calls it) wearing my shoes and getting wash clothes and wiping down the walls and cabinets (I guess she has been watching me a little closer than I thought).
Brooklynn has been doing really good at feeding herself until the last week or so- She has become quite the messy eater and it had been so hard not to just feed her myself! She loves to use her fork and is really good at it then she starts to wipe it in her hair, on her face, all over her tray and most the time it ends up in a bath. What can I say kids will be kids no matter how hard I try to keep her clean.
Brooklynn has been so funny lately- she loves to pick out two things usually one for each hand sometimes more if she can put one inside the other (like the minnie mouse in the bucket) and carry them around all day. She could care less about any of her other toys- she just wants to play with those few toys all day. She is always doing something to make us laugh and her personality is becoming stronger and stronger everyday. She has been such a good little girl and she listens so well. We are so thankful for her in our lives and what a sweet girl she has become.
