I love to watch Brooklynn play with her baby! She is so sweet and you can totally see the little natural mothering in her. She loves to wrap her in her blanket, burp her, and take her for walks. Last night she came up to me and told me to "shhhh baby sleeping" and had the blanket covering the baby's face, so we had to make the baby a bed so she could go to sleep. She is the sweetest little girl!
I was looking back at pictures of Brooklynn and I found these pictures and thought they were too cute so I had to post them. She has become such a big girl now and has developed such a personality! We can always count on her bringing us a laugh and she is such a joy to have in out home! She loves her animals and anything with animal sounds, still loves mickey and minnie, loves her blanket and apple juice, and has started to try and dress herself. She loves to play outside with her friends and is always wanting to go. It's crazy to think she is almost two, the time has gone by way too fast!
We had a great Easter! We had a great time at church and then we went down to Bryce's parents house and had a great meal and hung out with the family. Brooklynn loved running around with the kids and LOVED her easter baskets! She got a great bubble machine (which may be more for me so I don't have to blow them all the time), some new sunglasses, some new clothes, and plenty of candy. She loves the eggs and has been playing with her basket all week!
Brooklynn has been doing the funniest things lately. It seems like whenever I leave for a minute I come back and she is doing something funny. This is what I found her doing this morning when I left my breakfast to go blow my nose. She finished the whole bowl then got a dishtowel and wiped up the milk puddle she left on the chair- I must have her trained well!
