We decided to take some pics of Brooklynn last week just cause she looked so cute and they actually turned out pretty cute- these are just a few of my favorite ones.

This past weekend we went up to Swiss Days in Midway and found this cute little duck backpack for Brooklynn.  Ever since we put it on her she has been wearing it everywhere!

15 Months

I can't believe Brooklynn is already 15 months old-  time has flown by so fast!  She has grown and changed so much this past year and especially these few months.  She has turned into the little jabber box and loves to make you laugh.  She loves ducks, dogs, flowers, Mickey and Minnie Mouse, shoes, bows.... and the list goes on and on- her little smile is too cute and she makes you feel so good when she comes up and gives you loves and kisses! She is starting to say so many words and most the time you can actually understand what she is trying to say. We love her so much and couldn't imagine life with out her.

My 24th birthday was last Thursday and like always my sweet hubby totally spoiled me!  First he came home and surprised me with a dozen of my favorite roses, then he took me to dinner at one of our favorite Mexican resturants and got me a $100 gift card to my favorite store America Eagle.  When we came home my mother in law (since we are temporarily living at there house) had made a a chocolate birthday cake with lemon buttercream frosting (mmmm so good!!) It was a great birthday and I'm so thankful for such a sweet and loving husband that loves to spoil me!!

Me and My Little Girl

We  went camping down at Palisades  couple weeks ago with Bryce's family and had a lot of fun.  It was our first time camping since we had been married and I was a little hesitant on how Brooklynn was going to do.  She had so much fun just running around and exploring everything outside.  I should have figured she would think it was fun that she was able to be outside all day long cause that is one of her favorite things to do is to go outside.  She loved playing with all her cousins and by the end of the trip her legs were so scratched and bruised from falling down so much but that didn't seem to even phase her.  Maybe she will do better walking when we make another camping trip over Labor Day. 

Ever since Brooklynn has been walking she has turned into this little independent girl.  She has been wanting to do everything by herself .  I'm fine with most of the stuff the only  thing I have a hard time with is her wanting to feed herself- she does pretty good with the spoon but she has figured out it's easier to get a fist full and suck it out of her hand.  She ends up making quite the mess and I just have to laugh.
