Jessilyn Mae Allfrey

Jessie was born on January 21. She was by far the worst pregnancy and the easiest birth out of the three. Just before Christmas my doctor thought I was going to go too early cause I was having contractions regularly and dilating way too early so I pretty much was on bed rest for a couple weeks to try and stop or slow things down. I was still contracting pretty bad and ended up getting the flu and had to go to the hospital on New Years Eve. After they stopped contractions and I was hydrated I was sent home. After that everything completely stopped and we waited and waited for this baby to come. She wasn't coming on her own so a week before my due date I was induced. It was so quick and easy this way :) They started pitocin and about and 1 1/2 hours later my doctor came and broke my water, about 20-30- min later I had my epidural and only waited about 2 hours and I was ready to push. It only took 2-3 pushes and she was out! I only had a few min of really bad contractions compared to hours and hours with that last 2. I guess I deserved an easy one after the horrible pregnancy haha:)
this picture was taken the night before- I was huge and miserable and I sure don't miss it!

Christmas

Christmas was a lot of fun this year! The girls always wake up and come and get us in the morning so we were waiting for them to come in when Brooklynn came running in saying "Santa came and he brought me a jewelry box and Madi got shoes!" She was so excited that she forgot to come get us and took Madi down and stated opening presents without us- luckily she only got two opened and we were able to watch them open the rest-

Madi wasn't too interested in presents- she just wanted her juice

My mom made then these cute bean bags that they hung out on all morning :)

Christmas Eve

We had a great Christmas Eve! We started off by going to my brothers for lunch and hun gout with the family for a little bit then headed to Bryce's Aunt's for the traditional Christmas Eve party.

Dance Recital

Brooklynn had her first dance recital back in December and I couldn't have been more proud! She was by far the best little dancer up there and she danced her little heart out:) She was so excited to show us her dance and wouldn't show us the whole thing until that night. She has been learning so much in her dance class and has improved so much over the last couple months- she has a great teacher that she loves and has become quite the little dancer!
I don't know what use was more excited for- the recital or the flowers her grandma gave her after
Santa was there after so the kids could see him- Madi loves to look at Santa as long as she doesn't get too close

Pupmkin Carving

So this year Bryce wanted to get a little creative and try carving a Hello Kitty and Minniw Mouse in our Pumpkins- with not having the right knives or tools that didn't turn out too bad...

Halloween

The girls has a great Halloween this year! They were lucky enough to go Trick or Treating 3 different times and had way more candy than they knew what to do with!
On Friday Brooklynn's preschool had a trunk or treat that they were able to get dressed up and go to. Brooklynn changed her mind about a million times trying to decide what princess to be, she finally settled on Snow White and Madi loves Minnie mouse and we already had the costume so dressing up was day this year!
Brooklynn at her Halloween Parade. She learned 4 really cute Halloween songs that they sang and she was so cute- I was a proud mama that day!!
Madi got a little ornery at the trunk or treat so she ended up in the back eating a sucker.
She loved her candy!
On Saturday night our ward had their Trunk or Treat. It didn't take Madi long to figure is out and had a great time running from car to car holding out her bucket saying thank you.

Fun at the Farm

Back in August we went up to the frame in Rupert idaho to do some corn picking- the girls had so much fun running around and enjoying the farm. Brooklynn thought it was so cool so see how corn and carrots were actually grown
Madi didn't help much...she just enjoyed her snacks and running around- which ended up in me not helping and chasing her around.
Brooklynn loved finding so many lady bugs!
