We  went camping down at Palisades  couple weeks ago with Bryce's family and had a lot of fun.  It was our first time camping since we had been married and I was a little hesitant on how Brooklynn was going to do.  She had so much fun just running around and exploring everything outside.  I should have figured she would think it was fun that she was able to be outside all day long cause that is one of her favorite things to do is to go outside.  She loved playing with all her cousins and by the end of the trip her legs were so scratched and bruised from falling down so much but that didn't seem to even phase her.  Maybe she will do better walking when we make another camping trip over Labor Day. 

Ever since Brooklynn has been walking she has turned into this little independent girl.  She has been wanting to do everything by herself .  I'm fine with most of the stuff the only  thing I have a hard time with is her wanting to feed herself- she does pretty good with the spoon but she has figured out it's easier to get a fist full and suck it out of her hand.  She ends up making quite the mess and I just have to laugh.

Some of Brooklynn's cousins came and stayed a couple days this past weekend.  She had so much fun playing with them!  Now that she is walking she was able to follow them around and feel like a big kid.  She loved all the attention from them and they loved playing with her too.

My friends and I have had this ABBA fetish ever since high school- so when we  found out this movie was coming out we had to go see it!  We went last night and I must say it was such a good movie!  We were all laughing so hard with it bringing back memories of us cruising around blasting ABBA!  I highly recommend this movie for a girls night out (husbands i'm not so sure would like it)  it was so funny and just a cute girls movie.

We went up to my grandparents house for the Fourth of July to have a big 50th wedding anniversary for them.  Just about the whole family was there and there were a ton of people!  my parents came into town for the weekend so it was great to see them and spend some time with them. We spent the day just hanging out and enjoying everyone then we had a special dinner that evening. On Saturday my parents and little sister came down to Salt Lake and we went bowling and out to dinner.  Brooklynn finally got to rest on Sunday then Monday my moms whole side of the family went to Lagoon.  Brooklynn loved the carousal and all the noise and comotion.  She was so worn out from this weekend she has been sleeping in until 11:00 in the morning!  Then she is awake for maybe an hour or two and sleeps another 2-3 hours!  I'm not complaining about that I'm just not too sure what to do with all this free time I now have!
